The company Dot Mobile is about to launch concise summaries of classic works of literature in text format. This service for mobile phones users will start in january 2006 and is aiming to target english students... For Game Designers, I think the idea of playing with concise text messages as a way to encrypted some contents or invent new languages forms in Games, could be really fun. Some examples found on their website:
2B? NT2B? =??? means "To be or not to be, that is the question" (William Shakespeare, Hamlet).
Ahors,, m'kndgdom 4 means "A horse, a horse, my kingdom for a horse" (William Shakespeare, Richard III)
More challenging from William Shakespeare, Romeo and Juliet

- The translation: A Feud between two houses – Montague and Capulet. Romeo Montague falls in love with Juliet Capulet and they marry secretly but Romeo kills Juliet's cousin and is banished. Juliet fakes her own death. As part of the plan to be with Romeo she writes him a letter but it never reaches him. Everyone is confused and both lovers kills themselves.
There are some others examples available on their website within the press release about this new service. So for more information or further investigation, click here to read their press release.
